Are you a talented and motivated PT looking for an opportunity to provide high quality, one-on-one patient care in a unique PT/sports performance setting? 

Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in Foxboro, MA is looking to add a physical therapist to join our growing team! Our comprehensive team consists of physical therapists, sports performance coaches, and personal trainers dedicated to providing the best in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training, all under one roof. Our unique PT clinic/sports performance center features specialized training equipment and a large turf training area for functional training and return-to-sport rehab and performance training.

Elite offers a personalized, one-on-one treatment model so you can provide the quality patient care that you value and our patients deserve. We operate with a 40-minute individual session model and we avoid doubling patients. We do not use PT Aides as all of our therapy is performed by the primary PT to ensure the highest quality care to our patients and the ideal treatment experience for our dedicated clinicians. Our facility includes a sports performance center, which helps attract an active patient population that ranges from general orthopedics to youth, HS, and college athletes. 

The ideal candidate will have (or be preparing to obtain) a current PT license for MA and previous clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting (including student affiliation experience). Interest in pursuing board-certification (i.e. OCS, SCS) in the future is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent attention to detail and time management skills, and a high level of professionalism and passion for orthopedic/sports PT are all essential.

Requirements

• PT license for the state of MA (on interest in obtaining licensure in MA)
• DPT, MS or BS in Physical Therapy 
• Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Passion for orthopedic and sports PT
• Experience with Empower EMR or similar cloud-based EMR system is a plus
